At Cascade we have a wide variety of drink
and beverage services which we are pleased to offer to our clients
in conjunction with our catering service.
We can provide a mobile bar service including draught beer and
real ale on tap, we can supply wine waiters to serve wine and
ensure everyone always has enough and we can even supply the
wine, the water, the champagne and the beer.
For many people drink is as an important
part of their event as food. Getting it just right can make
the difference between a good event and a great event.
Many of our clients feel that providing free
drink for everyone all night is not required and sometimes not
appropriate. In these cases we are happy to provide a pay bar
service. We cover all the administration including the purchase
of the stock, the chilling of the wine, the physical bar counters,
the cash handling and the all important licence application
all you need to do is approve the list of drinks we will provide
and our prices and then relax!
